Shipping & Delivery
• Standard items will take 3-5 days to ship during busy season and 1-8 business days for delivery
• Customized items will take 5-7 days to ship during busy season and 1-8 business days for delivery
• You have several delivery options to choose from – they can range from within 1-8 business days (1-20 for international orders) depending on the courier and level of service you select.
• For now, we don’t ship orders to Cuba, Iran, and North Korea. We ship internationally to all other countries!
• FedEx doesn’t ship to US based PO Boxes, but will ship to some international PO Boxes. We will not refund a FedEx shipping rate if a US based PO box is entered.
• Fed Ex orders are processed faster! All orders to be shipped with a FedEx priority level of service are automatically bumped to the top of our fulfillment queue to assure the best possible fulfillment time. This can often cut the fulfillment time in half for orders with an expedited shipping rate!
Refunds & Exchanges
• Please contact us directly for exchanges and refunds. We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
• Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
• Any claims for damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
